
The organizational structure of the Group Soares da Costa SGPS, S.A. is headed by the Board of Directors, currently composed of ten directors, seven of which are non-executives. The current management of the company’s operations is the responsibility of the Executive Committee, constituted by three resident members of the Board of Directors.
The Executive Committee makes decisions in a collegial manner, but any deliberation can be submitted to the Board of Directors which, according to the rules, meets in its entirety every trimester. The definition of the general lines of strategic orientation and approval of the annual and biannual accounts are reserved for this Committee.
Subordinated to the Executive Committee are certain support, advisory and transversal service provision sectors: Legal services, Management Control & Strategic Planning, Internal audit & Risk Management, Report and Tax, Investor Relations, Communication, Sustainability and Organizational Change.
