This project, by the architect Gonçalo de Mello, is noted for its integration with the surrounding spaces (the building is located on the Rua Luís de Camões in Alcântara, and the back end faces the garden of the Sabugosa Palace), joining functionality and quality on an architectural level.

It is destined for residences and commercial exploration, and has a total gross construction area of 654m² and seven floors, the last of which is set back. The commercial space with a total area of 59m² occupies part of the ground floor and basement, while the upper floors are all dedicated to residences (three 2BD, and one 5BD+1), all of these are serviced by a vertical communication nucleus with an elevator.

The finishing is of high quality, including exterior facades cemented and painted with marble details around the window frames. The openings are framed in thermal cut aluminum with double pane glass. In the interior, fine touches leap to view with the application of softened and varnished natural stone in the entranceways to the residences and the commercial areas, the wood flooring in the circulation areas, living rooms and bed rooms, and the rectified porcelain mosaics in the humid areas.
